1. Product name: TLJ type Mechanical seal
Structural features: single end face, multiple springs, balanced type, arbitrary rotation, static type, (clamping) transmission, cartridge mechanical seal. Single face balanced static structure, the compensating element is placed in the flange, and the seal ring protects the spring from contact with the medium to prevent the spring from being blocked and corroded. Multi-spring arrangement, uniform end face load, unlimited rotation direction, the shaft sleeve is supported on the shaft through the seal ring, no axial movement, which will not cause damage to the shaft and can withstand a certain amount of axial running number. The structure of flow shroud makes the sealing cooling water fully uniform, the clamping transmission firm and reliable. The integral cartridge type makes the installation simple and convenient. Cooling water should be connected when used. The pressure of cooling water is 0.01-0.1mpa, which can realize natural flow, also known as "external flush mechanical seal".

● The seal water pressure must be higher than the pressure of the pump chamber by 0.1 MPa, so that it can run in clean water and be transported with the medium;
● The material of the friction pair is “L” pad inlaid hard alloy and silicon carbide, which can operate under high temperature medium for a long time. Different friction pairs can also be selected according to different media to ensure its long-term use effect.

3. Product name: ZGJ type mechanical seal
Structural features:
● Single face, integral cartridge type, bidirectional rotation, not affected by the adjustment of the pump shaft;
● The axial dimension of the integral part should be larger than the mounting dimension, so that the positioning block can be easily removed when installing;
● Before starting the equipment, sufficient flush water should be opened first. Do not make the oil seal in the state of dry friction. The water pressure should not be too large (≤ 0.08mpa).
● The mechanical seal runs completely in the medium, with strong anti-blocking ability, suitable for high-concentration working conditions;
● The material of the friction pair is “L “ pad inlaid hard alloy and silicon carbide, which can operate under high temperature medium for a long time. Different friction pairs can also be selected according to different media to ensure its long-term use effect.
